Myself and my friend (24 & 22 female) are looking for a 3rd housemate to move into a house or townhouse in October 2026, preferably female. We have lived together for the past year and have lived out of home prior, so plenty of rental experience.

We have not confirmed on a place yet, and would love input to agree on a collective decision. We are looking around the greater Brisbane area, ideally with decent transport into the city for work, but are happy to be a little further out to have some more living space and preferably a backyard - ideal locations include surrounding suburbs of Camp Hill in the south-side and surrounding suburbs of Newmarket in the northside, wouldn't go much further out than probably Chermside or Sunnybank.

Our maximum price all together is $850/week, however we'd prefer $800 or under, depending on the set-up, it will likely be an even 3-way split of rent. We have 2 friendly cats coming with us too.

Hi, I'm Rosie. I'm 24 and work full-time for the QLD Department of Education, usually 8-4pm. I play volleyball and like to run, living an active lifestyle with a passion for social sport and community. I love to try new things and am usually always out and about doing something or other, but relish the time I have at home to be with my 2 gorgeous cats. I am moving with my friend, Pania who is similar in age and loves to read, watch new films and catch up with friends.
Compatible people
We are tidy and respectful of the communal living spaces and would enjoy sharing the occasional meal or drink together, however, we don't depend on this. We both work Monday - Friday and like to chill-out on the weekends (though I usually have plans with my friends or family). Description of pets
I have 2 maine coon-cross-tabby cats who are almost 2 years old. They are siblings named Greg and Lyra and they are seriously adorable. They have very sweet temperaments and are great company.
