Trying to fill in one bedroom of a 3 bedroom house in Camp Hill, the room has a desk and built in storage. The house contains: A separate bathroom and toilet, a separate lounge and dining room. The local small shops are about 5 minutes walk and its about 5 minutes drive from carindale shopping centre. The house has a large backyard, with a small garage and off street parking. We have two cats, so being pet friendly is a must. But we cannot take more pets unfortunately. Rent is 250 weekly including electricity, water, and internet. Four weeks bond is required to secure the room. There is also some storage available at the premises.

Hi! I’m Ella, I’m 25 from the UK and my partner and I are looking to fill the third bedroom at our place. My partner is 31 and from NZ, he is (self-confessed) a bit of a nerd, he loves maths, computers, video games, lego and trading cards as well as being a great rapper. He also works at a local grocer and is out of the house for work 5 days a week, I am currently looking for a job. We do share a lot of things we like but I also have my own passions as listed :) We are very friendly, and keep a fairly tidy home, it's not perfect but it's homely and rarely ever messy. Description of pets
We have to cats, both sisters, one black and white very friendly food oriented one and a ginger and white one who is a lot less social. They’re both lovely, we look after them and they have their own area for litter box, food bowls etc. we are unfortunately not able to accept any more pets :(
