2 Private bedrooms for rent, main bathroom shared with one other person (2 people in total).
Living in a beautiful 3 bedroom Queenslander in Camp Hill. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a spare toilet downstairs (1 x room with ensuite, not available).
Once all rooms are filled there will be 3 people, 1 dog and a bunch of fish living here.

The place has aircon throughout and in every room, big private back deck, beautiful pool, fully fenced private yard with trees and a grassy patch.
I have been living here for about 2 years with a couple who are moving out. Rooms are a decent size and include built in wardrobes and aircon. Must have good rental history and be willing to sign the lease and pay bond.
There is a massive amount of storage room downstairs (the same size as the entire house on top). Plenty of room down there to set up a gym or craft / workshop area. Big beautiful deck off the back of the house with bifold doors into lounge room and kitchen. Bedrooms are all on one side of the house. There is a study / WFH space at the front of the house attached to dining room. Big functional kitchen with dishwasher, fridge & chest freezer. Have all the basic kitchen stuff. Have the necessary household furniture (including massive TV & washing machine) but can make room for more.
Pool cleaning included in rent, we just pay for chemicals which is almost nothing, like $10 a month depending on the season. Bills not included in rent - consisting of electricity, we have some solar panels so it isn’t that much & internet is $30 each a month unlimited.
You will need to be willing and able to go on the lease and pay bond.
No Offstreet Parking unfortunately as I park my hilux in the driveway. There is parking under the house for short vehicles (for if you are going away) or motorcycles.
