I have 1 room to rent that would comfortably fit a queen bed and side tables. 1 roller mirror door into a clothes cupboard. It is small but enough.
On street parking on Timms Rd.
I have a son who is 10 so must be ok with kids and have a happy and positive attitude. I also have 2 Pomeranian dogs who do a little barking here or there but do love a cuddle .
A shared kitchen space and washing machine.
A large ceiling fan in your room and I’ll get locks put on all rooms .
Shared cleaning duties and access to wifi.
Bills are shared such as water , electricity. Wifi and gas are included in rent
$350 per week plus bills .

In saying that he is here each morning as I do a school drop off.
I am a full-time worker at 8 am to 4 pm And do head away once a month for 3 to 4 nights.
I am looking for somebody who is easy-going tidy is happy to share the cleaning duties to keep my home clean as I am the homeowner and someone that could even potentially help me out with my dogs whilst I go away for work. You must love pets and don’t mind at all having a little 10-year-old boy running around here there.
Ideally to stay six months with a max of around nine or could consider 12 months if needed and if we both worked out personality wise.
They are super cuddly very affectionate very cute and very clean.
