Right near to the homemaker centres, James St & Gassworks. So many wonderful destinations are walking distance. Bus stops are also located outside the building.

You will have your own bedroom with built in mirrored wardrobe, ceiling fan & air conditioning. Your private bathroom has its own large shower, toilet, basin & mirrored vanity unit. All you need to bring is your own bedding, crockery & cutlery etc.

I’ve fully furnished the unit with my own furniture & my own white goods. You will have access to my fridge/freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, oven, gas stove top & dishwasher. Air conditioning & ceiling fans in bedrooms & living room.

•2 year old certified assistance dog Gigi the Pomchi, 4kg. Fully vaccinated, desexed, house trained, litter trained. Very sweet & friendly towards adults, children & other animals.

Both pets will remain in my bedroom when I’m not at home and when I’m asleep. Their food and litter is also set up in my en-suite.
