Very close to QUT,5-7 min. to get there by walk, and to free coach stop at Kelvin Grove QUT for students who study at Garden pt.qut in Brisbane CBD. Bustop infront of apart.for short trip to Fortitude Valley where all the pubs and night life offers and Chinatown for shopping of Asian food and lot of multicultural restaurants situated.

The place is very clean and safe with manager for assistance and enquire if req. The roof is fully insulated so keep the ambient temp. inside the apart. fairly balanced for summer or winter. There is air conditioner in the upstairs which air can travel Downstairs to keep cool within the apart. The apart. Is set up like a townhouse with upstairs and Downstairs. The upstair bedroom occupant stay upstair most of the time because got privacy and self contain ensuitel master bedroom .No need to come down too often. The room for rent is downstair with good mountain views and greenery through large screen window.Pedestral fan .Small portable air conditioner if required.Remote control garage car space $5.00p.w
