We are about a 15 minute drive from the city and Southbank. We are walking distance to a bus station, making it convenient if you don't want to drive you can catch a bus. There is off street parking in the driveway of our house and there is also on street parking available as well. There is room under the house if you need extra storage. There is plenty of room in the bathroom cupboard and draws. You get a whole shelf in the pantry and a shelf in the fridge as well as space in the freezer. The house is equipped with kitchen appliances and cookware. All of the essentials you need
The room is very spacious and can fit anything you need. It is flexible with furnishings. It can come with a bed, 1 bedside (I am leaving it and am happy to sell it and leave it in the room for you) and a free standing wardrobe as well as aircon. The room can come unfurnished if you prefer.
You will be taking over my room on the lease as I am needing to move out asap, closer to work.
