Description of the home
Hill House is a safe, clean and tidy home that has a seperate downstairs rumpus/study area and a large backyard. We have Air Con upstairs and downstairs. All rooms have Tinted windows for extra privacy and heat reduction. Unlimited Internet is provided with room rate including power and amenities.
Like all safe homes we have a basic set of house rules which will be provided when applying.
Hill House is situated close to the Brisbane river with lots of parks and recreation areas.
Bus stop is within 15 mins walk and about 45 mins to city. Close to UQ in St Lucia plus other off site campuses in area.
At the present there is 1x push bike that is rentable @ $20pw should anyone require form of transport.

As a Chauffeur I work odd hours. I am a clean, quiet guy who enjoys travelling, fine wine and the food that goes with it. Having travelled and lived in many countries I have an interest in peoples life stories.
I am opening my home preferably for students but am open to others. I would like to make sure young people, including myself have a safe and respectable environment to be creative or having a good time.
I enjoy music and movies, travel, outdoor activities like camping and telling stories.

Lady Jane (L.J) is our very friendly and loving house kitten at 4 months old. She may be new to the Hill House but is already taking over and bossing everyone around.
We all get on well and have a great respectful relationship.
4 mth old Kitten loves everyone and wants to rule the house.
