The house is just a 6 minute walk from the nearest Aldi with a bus stop stationed right out the front with access to the city, there is a cute cafe located just 5 minute walk up the street (I visit this place quite regularly). Nice safe neighbourhood and easily accessible to get to work and other activities outside of home.

We are looking for another female to join our Queensland home in Kelvin grove. The house is not fully fenced off and therefore a pet or dog is not suitable unfortunately :(, looking for someone who can afford the weekly rent, not a problem if they are studying.
