Home Description
Description of the home
The house is a cute little townhouse tucked away in Newmarket.
We are a two minute walk from the closest bus stop or an 8 minute walk from Newmarket village or the closest parklands where you can walk along the creek or through the trees.
Most of our neighbours in the complex are retirees with a couple young families sprinkled in there. The community is super friendly and happy to say hi and catch up in passing.

My partner and I are looking for two new roommates - couples preferred but very open to two singles as well as there are two spare rooms!
We are looking for people who are not just looking for a place to live, but a home we share and socialise in, we love to have house dinners and drinks, barbecue and enjoy our little townhome! Never a dull moment as Nathan is riddled with ADHD and will need someone new to talk to other than myself.
A little about Bonnie - I love a Saturday market & coffee, exercise, nature and getting away to the beach where my parents live. I have lived in the house for over 3 years, and really value keeping the place nice and having roommates who want to form friendships! I have just graduated from a dual degree in journalism and environmental science, and am currently working two casual jobs while I look for internships or full time work!
A little about Nathan - I am currently working shift work so you won’t see me as much as Bonnie. Beer and a barbecue is my go to. I also like to keep active, and enjoy any sport really.
A note about the property - the living, kitchen and dining areas are very close quarters, we have lots of privacy upstairs and an outdoor area but to create a nice living environment we must be compatible as roommates and friends! We want an environment with people who will help each other out and put time into making our home as comfortable and fun as possible!
