It has a newly renovated kitchen, air con in the main area, renovated bathroom (with a secondary toilet and washroom at the back of the house), a big balcony to relax on and an even bigger backyard to enjoy. The large main bedroom has a double wardrobe, two sets of large windows that let in light and a breeze, and hardwood floors.
