Description of the home

We have a large house on a quiet street with lovely neighbours.
Upstairs is the kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet, my daughter and my bedrooms and veranda. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The lounge can be shared upstairs or you can use the tv/ dvd player/ chrome cast in your room downstairs. My mum lives downstairs and is going away for six months so we’re renting it out fully furnished. The room is available 1st November and is only available maximum 6 months.
Downstairs is a large rumpus room which is available for rent, with a kitchenette and access to the laundry, front and back with separate door to the laundry (all lockable). The kitchenette has a toaster, jug, microwave, mini fridge and hot plate for cooking or you’re more than welcome to use the kitchen upstairs.
The backyard has multiple gardens, chickens and a heated plunge pool you can use. There’s a covered gazebo with a couch to lounge outside. The gardens are my favourite place to be, most weekend you’ll find me gardening and pottering around the property planting and planning.
The front yard is veggie gardens if you like sitting with a coffee amongst the veggies and flowers like me.
The house is no smoking but there are multiple nice spots to sit outside.
Bills and internet are included in the rent (cash).
I keep the house clean and my daughter and I enjoy pottering around the house cleaning.
