Beatrice is a friendly household looking to fill its rooms with more uni students to fit the atmosphere of the property.
We are looking for currently-studying students of a similar age bracket to our own; early to mid twenties.
The house is a fairly active and social one, and we would love for you to be part of that!
Shared bathroom:
Your choice of sharing upstairs bathroom (with 2 guys) or downstairs bathroom connected to laundry (with 1 girl).
Bedroom may or may not come with a bed, though likely not - sorting things in preparation for an interstate move.

Bills and expenses
Bills are evenly divided between the current tenants of the house. We have a gas, internet and electricity bill. The water bill is covered for now by the landlord, unless it grows to overly large amounts.

Torin - automotive engineer obsessed with various projects, particularly his miata, who enjoys chats with beers, movies/YouTube, music, games nights, and existential dread
Tee - student of biology who loves evolutionary theory and taxidermy (annoy her and you'll be stuffed and hung on a wall), a new chill and sociable addition to the house
Alyssa - our extroverted mama bear who is always down for chats and games nights, loves everything creative, and is currently studying a beautician course (Alyssa is moving out in the near future)
