We live in a lovely Queenslander with a shared bathroom, seperate toilet, dining room, lounge, kitchen and three bedrooms. The available bedroom is large with lots of cupboard space and a ceiling fan. There are fly screens on all the windows, the typical high ceilings and a huge backyard, plus aircon in the lounge. This house is light, airy and has plenty of character! The garage is yours and there's room downstairs for some storage.

We are 5 minutes walk from the train station and shops. There's cafe's all around, Bunnings and Wynnum shopping plaza are a 5 minute drive away. There's parks and fields just over the road and the waterfront is a 3 minute drive away.

The bond is $500 plus two weeks rent in advance. All bills are split 3 ways, including internet.

The lease is guaranteed for a year with the option to extend for another 5 years after that.

Jason is a real laid back, stand up bloke. He works full time as an welder but is always down for a chat. When he's not at work you'll find him working on his motorbikes or hanging with the pup.
I am definitely on the quieter, more introverted side but always friendly and happy to chat. I work full time as a scientist and love to ride my bike to work. Other than that I walk the dog, hit the markets, read or get busy with the sewing machine.

Prince is an 12 yr old staffy x kelpie. He loves people and gets along well with other animals. He's kept clean, tidy and is non-destructive.
Blackberry is a sweet, little kitty. She's shy so you might not see her much but she's a real smooch when she warms up to you. Despite the pets the house is kept clean and comfortable.
