Description of the home

Hi all, I'm moving out (with my pets) and looking for someone to take my place. We live in a modest Queenslander with a shared bathroom, seperate toilet, dining room, lounge, kitchen and three bedrooms. Plus a garage and storage space on the lower level. There are two available rooms.
The first is large with lots of cupboard space and a ceiling fan.
The second is small but is attached to it's own private office/lounge room.

There are fly screens on all the windows, the typical high ceilings and a huge backyard (with a grapefruit tree), plus aircon in the lounge. This house is light, airy and has plenty of character! The garage is yours and there's room downstairs for some storage.

We are 4 minutes walk from the train station and shops. There's cafe's all around, Bunnings and Wynnum shopping plaza are a 5 minute drive away. There's parks and fields and a golf course just over the road and the waterfront is a 3 minute drive away.

The bond is $500 plus two weeks rent in advance. Bills are split equally.

This is not a party house, just a couple of hard working friends living a good life together. If you're interested please message or text :)
