Close to transport like Geebung and Zillmere station, close to Taigum shopping centre with everything you need.
The room I’m renting out is a double room with air con, and it’s down storage loft. It’s huge. Bars over windows but still can open for fresh air.
It fits a kind size bed, a couch, a computer and chair and a TV too.
I keep to myself, I have my kids over intermittently during the week but not every night. I don’t mind a good chat, I love making music and usually only computer. I work full time 3 days a week at home 2 at the office.
I just want a peaceful home, hoping to find someone that wants this too.
$300 per week but split bills etc
Looking for someone laid back, tidy and easy to live with and split cleaning such as mowing the lawn lol
