You will have the main bathroom to yourself (unless we have visitors of course).
The unit is on the ground level with a nice covered patio and grassed yard. The room has a ceiling fan, built in robe and carpet.
Parking is on the street and it's easy to get a park as we are on the quiet end.
The unit won't suit someone who works late nights, shift work etc.
The move in date is flexible.
Taigum shopping centre, Zillmere train station and buses are all in a short drive/walking distance
