Located on the main road of Kincumber near bus stop for 66c, 64, 65.
13 min bus ride to Avoca Beach
18 min bus ride to Erina
22 min bus ride to Gosford
Otherwise if driving it is 9 minutes to Terrigal and 7 minutes to Avoca and Copacabana beach!
There is parking in driveway for 2-3 cars otherwise easy street parking around the corner.

Renting out two medium sized room that can fit a queen bed/study table.
Also renting a large sized room that can fit a king bed with sofa/study table.
There is a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet.
A moderate sized kitchen looks into a cosy living room with plenty of lighting. There is also a very cute garden with a BBQ and benches/tables to read/relax at.

Will be renovating the rooms prior to renting the rooms out so it will be perfect by the time you come in!
The furniture currently shown are not mine.

You will be sharing with a total of 2 others. I am currently working in Sydney so will only be back occasional weekends. I am however looking to move up sometime next year.
