We are renting the bottom floor of a three-level house in North Avoca.
Picturesque setting with water views of a tranquil lagoon.
It’s a large space. I haven’t measured it, but it must be around 50 square metres.
The floor has its own bathroom and shower.
The photos attached to this ad with the lagoon is approximately 60 meters from the back gate.
About seven minutes’ walk to North Avoca Beach along the lagoon.
It’s a very nice walk or jog around the lagoon, and the upper level is fitted with gym equipment which is bare bones, but of good quality. Apologies for the photos of this area. I was refitting the mirrors, but they will be done before any occupant moves in.
Huge veranda, which I must admit, I prefer training on anyway. I have been self-employed since 2011, predominately as a Podiatrist. I have a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Economics and a Bachelor of Podiatry.
I’m spending more time at home at the moment, as I am hoping to move to Indonesia and continue some studies there and potentially set up a business there.
