About the occupants
I am a music teacher, have some students come for piano lessons a couple of hours in the afternoons. I need the (otherwise shared) living space to be private between approximately 3pm to 6pm. This works well for students or shift workers.

My perfect flatmate in the past was here for about 18months, before moving out with her BF. She worked and studied, was always respectful and quiet. I'm happy for us to keep to ourselves mostly, as I am a very busy person, but I like to have the occasional chat, maybe share a takeway, watch Netflix and have a drink. Basically though, I don't view it as a social arrangement.
