I am 45+ work from home very accommodating and friendly fit and healthy and enjoy interaction with my house guests..I have travelled extensively. Cook for myself don't mind sharing the occasional meal. I keep my home clean and tidy inside and out. Happy social life, member of clubs. Hosted International Home-Stay (full board) students for 10 years so very used to sharing. The past few years I have been sharing with tenants occasionally (a few months at a time) I have traveled extensively overseas and Australia and I travel at least once a year now to visit family in NZ or tour overseas. I have a 33 year old daughter who is happily married.

TENANT : 55+ gentleman friend of the family, long time tenant, retired, cooks for himself. Young at heart,minds his own business, club member, travels, loves football, horse racing and reading novels. Very quiet and keeps to himself, has own bathroom facility and TV in his room, loves a chat, and visiting his family.
Compatible people
Most important is honesty as well as being respectful and responsible when using other persons property. Must be clean and tidy, being a little domesticated helps also. This is not a party house.
