I’m looking for someone with secure employment to share my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 space garage (with off street parking), rented home in Oxenford.
The current lease is until May 2027. The real estate would need to approve your application and then you would listed as an approved tenant.
Bills, gardens and housework will be shared. The house has solar panels (no battery so best to do most washing etc during the day), gas hot water and NBN broadband.
Rooms can be furnished if needed. I have a washer & dryer, two fridges, Weber Baby Q.
Public transport is not reliable in this area so having your own vehicle would be best.
I recently lost my Pom of 15 years and I miss her a lot. I would love to have a fur kid around the house again ♥️🐶♥️
