We have a spacious cosy home with 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges, a big deck and lots of outdoor places for meals & picnics,firepit & close to shops, M1's and popular attractions,beaches,hinterland & public transport.
Attractions close by,Movie World,White Water World,Surfers Paradise,Mt Tamborine,Spring Brook.
We are close to everything but it would be easier if you have a car as public transport is close (bus )but limited time table.
☆Bond is only one week( no option for that on the app)
We do also host lovely Japanese students they come from time to time for about 7-10days and are out at school in the day time. They are clean ,respectful and quiet.

I am the main person home the most. Although im home alot I do respect your privacy and I am available if you need anything.
I run a small childcare service in another part of the house so you'll need to apply for a free Blue Card.Its run in our converted garage.
You will rarely see us as you will be working and we do go on excurtions.
We have a peaceful respectful and friendly home. You will sometimes feel like you have the house to yourself.
Some of our interests are nature,baking ,cooking, art, craft, movies,fashion,league,travel & gardening.
Our home will suit mature international students or travellers and full time workers prefer no WFH.
We are a quiet household as most of us work long hours. We do respect those who like to keep to themselves or those who want to connect.
We would like someone who also understands sustainability & not being wasteful of water & power. We want our housemates to be comfortable but be wise when using household resources.
People who love nature, enjoy a warm and cosy home,introverts,low drama and pay rent on time will suit our home.
It is a bonus if you have a good network or support as it can feel like no ones home sometimes.
