Please note photo of the bedroom is old as currently has a private housemate in there.
The house is 4 bedrooms but we only want a maximum of 3 people there.

I am looking for someone to share the house with me and my housemate Christian, I want it to feel as though you're not just renting a room, you will need your own bedroom furniture and can share Christian's fridge

I have an inside only cat whom is very friendly and lazy lol. The house is approved for a dog but we would need to see if they get along with my cat
I work full-time Mon-Fri and I have classes etc after work several nights a week

Tram is close by and there is a local shopping centre with Coles etc

I have a calm, relaxed lifestyle, and might have friends over every now and then but not often.
I have all of the furniture and appliances for the house, washer, dryer, kitchen appliances etc etc
I don't want anyone that uses any kind of drugs and preferably a non smoker
You will need to pay 4 weeks bond
No children or couples please
