I am looking for someone to share the house with me, I want it to feel as though you're not just renting a room, you are welcome to bring some furniture with you as there is a second lounge/family area and you will need your own bedroom furniture and fridge (Although I do have a double bed that can be used temporarily until you get one)

I have an inside only cat whom is very friendly and lazy lol. You might be able to bring an outside dog
I work full-time Mon-Fri and I have classes etc after work several nights a week

I have a calm, relaxed lifestyle, and might have friends over every now and then but not often.
I have the most of the furniture and appliances for the house, washer, dryer, kitchen appliances etc etc
I don't want anyone that uses any kind of drugs and preferably a non smoker or at the very least smokes well outside the home.
You will need to pay bond
No children and may consider a couple but prefer single person
