Hi! I'm looking for a friendly, respectful person to share my home with. The house has four bedrooms, but I only ever want a maximum of three people living here, so there's plenty of space and everyone has their own privacy.

You'll need your own bedroom furniture eventually, but I do have a spare bed available if you need somewhere to sleep while you're getting yourself organised. You'll need your own fridge as well but can share mine until you secure one

A little about me:

I work full-time Monday to Friday and usually have classes or activities after work a few nights each week.
I have a very friendly indoor cat who mostly spends his days sleeping and looking for cuddles!

I enjoy a relaxed, clean, and easy-going lifestyle. I might have friends over occasionally, but it's generally a quiet household.

I'm a huge car enthusiast and have my own Nissan project car. There is 1 garage space available, I've recently installed a good-sized storage shed out the back if you need somewhere for extra belongings.

The house is fully furnished, so all the shared living areas are set up with everything you'll need, including a washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances and all the usual household essentials.

I'm looking for someone who:

Is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
Doesn't use drugs.
Is preferably a non-smoker (or only smokes outside the house).
Is happy living in a peaceful, welcoming home.

The house offers:

Air conditioning in the living areas. & have an external one that can be installed in your room.
Plenty of space, so no one feels like they're living on top of each other.
A friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
Close proximity to the tram and a local shopping centre with Coles and other conveniences.

Location:
I'm in a fantastic, quiet location just 5 minutes from Coles and other local shops, with very easy access to the M1. Robina and Coomera are both around 15 minutes away, Westfield Helensvale is only 10 minutes down the road, and the tram is just a short distance away. The neighbourhood is peaceful, with long-term residents and a great community feel.
