Hi! I'm looking for a friendly, respectful person to share my home with myself and my housemate, Christian. The house has four bedrooms, but we only ever want a maximum of three people living here, so there's plenty of space and everyone has their own privacy. We really want this to feel like more than just renting a room – we'd love someone who feels comfortable calling it home.

You'll need your own bedroom furniture eventually, but we do have a spare bed available if you need somewhere to sleep while you're getting yourself organised. You'll also be welcome to share Christian's fridge.

A little about us:

I work full-time Monday to Friday and usually have classes or activities after work a few nights each week.
We have a very friendly indoor cat who mostly spends her days sleeping and looking for cuddles!
The property is approved for a dog, so if you have one we'd be happy to consider it, provided it gets along well with my cat.
We both enjoy a relaxed, clean, and easy-going lifestyle. We might have friends over occasionally, but it's generally a quiet household.
Every now and then we'll have dinner together or watch a movie, but we also respect each other's privacy and personal space.

I'm a huge car enthusiast and have my own Nissan project car. While there's no garage space available, we've recently installed a good-sized storage shed out the back if you need somewhere for extra belongings.

The house is fully furnished, so all the shared living areas are set up with everything you'll need, including a washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances and all the usual household essentials.

We're looking for someone who:

Is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
Doesn't use drugs.
Is preferably a non-smoker (or only smokes outside the house).
Is happy living in a peaceful, welcoming home.

The house offers:

Air conditioning in the living areas.
Plenty of space, so no one feels like they're living on top of each other.
A friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
Close proximity to the tram and a local shopping centre with Coles and other conveniences.

Location:
We're in a fantastic, quiet location just 5 minutes from Coles and other local shops, with very easy access to the M1. Robina and Coomera are both around 15 minutes away, Westfield Helensvale is only 10 minutes down the road, and the tram is just a short distance away. The neighbourhood is peaceful, with long-term residents and a great community feel.

A few important things:

2 weeks' bond is required.
Sorry, no couples or children.
Dogs may be considered, provided they're a good fit with our resident cat.
