Looking for a comfortable place to call home in a convenient location? We have a room available in our Parkwood newly renovated home and would love to find someone who feels at home here.
It’s a great spot if you’re studying at Griffith University or working at Gold Coast University Hospital. The tram station is only a two-minute walk away, there’s a corner store right next door, and Harbour Town is a short drive away.
You’ll be sharing with two other people. One works night shift, so someone considerate and easy to live with would be a lovely fit. There are no animals in the house, and Wi-Fi is included.
Rent is $380 per week, with two weeks’ bond ($760). Your first week’s rent starts on the day you move in.
