A bright and cozy room is becoming available in our peaceful 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom Queenslander-style home in Upper Coomera. The house has lots of character, filled with natural light with timber floors, high ceilings, a lovely deck, and a spacious garden – perfect for relaxing or having a quiet cuppa.
You’ll be sharing the space with myself (a friendly and respectful holistic massage therapist) and my 6-year-old daughter. We're looking for a housemate who is kind, clean, emotionally mature, and comfortable being around children. This is a calm and nurturing home, ideal for someone who values peace, good energy, and a supportive living environment.
Ideal for a student or working person, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and open to living in a home with a child.

The Room & House:
Private bedroom with in-built wardrobe and mirror (it will be furnished with a bed and a desk + chair. It is currently occupied by a family member and the furniture wil be changed once the room is freed up.
