I’m looking for a mature, respectful, employed housemates who values a clean, quiet, and easygoing home environment. This would suit someone who is settled, independent, and drama-free, male or female, no couples.

House expectations:

Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
No parties or frequent overnight guests
Smoking permitted outside only and away from the house

Rent:

$300 per week
2 weeks bond
Minimum 3-month stay
