We have a large room available in our leafy, peaceful, modern 3 storey town house located in the heart of Abbotsford. The room is approximately 3m x 5m with ensuite, built-in wardrobes and split system air conditioning.

The room has heaps of natural light with large south facing windows and is spacious enough to comfortably fit a large desk, shelves/drawers and a Queen or King bed, which makes it ideal for WFH if you need.

The rest of the house is open plan and filled with plants, a balcony facing the leafy street and a large kitchen that is perfectly equipped for epic home cooked dinners.

The house is in a fantastic location and walking distance to cafes (AU79, Three Bags Full, 8 Murray St), pubs (The Park Hotel, The Carringbush, 10min walk to Smith St), Abbotsford Convent, Yarra Trail and all the shops and food in Richmond and Collingwood. Trams along Victoria Street and the train from Collingwood or North Richmond stations (Mernda & Hurstbridge lines) are also a few minutes walk away.

There is heaps of street parking with a permit available on application to the Yarra council.

No couples or pets unfortunately. Ideally we are looking for a female to balance out the household.
