Two bedroom one bathroom apartment. The room itself has a double bed. Heater and fan provided, loads of storage space and lots of natural light.

The current lease finishes on the 20th of Feb with the availability to renew which gives you a bit of flexibility. Rent price will stay the same.

Local Area:
Apartment is roughly 10-12 minute walk from restaurants, gym, coffee shops, Cole’s and Woolies etc on Carlisle street. The neighborhood is safe and majority of the neighbors are families.
10 min walk from Ripponlea train station and tram lines 3 and 16.
There is free parking available on the street outside the apartment but, no dedicated apartment spot.

Looking for:
Would prefer female only applicants please, ideally someone in their late 20’s early 30th. Someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces and personal space. Goes without saying, cat friendly applications only!

You’ll be staying with one other flatmate who works in the city during standard office hours. She usually works from home one day a week. She’s really lovely, very down to earth and easy going. Flatmate has a pet cat so cat friendly applications only please!
Compatible people
Clean and respectful of shared spaces. Preferably not a night owl or too loud.
Description of pets
The cat stays half of the time at the apartment and the other half at my flatmates mums house. Flatmate looks after the cat completely, so no expectation to look after the cat.
