The house is quiet, away from the main road.
Coles, Woolies, Aldi, Bayswater Station are just 3 min drive away. Many cafes and eating places are also nearby.
Almost everything is available as fully furnished. A mattress is available for use, but can be put away if you need to bring your own. Cannot accommodate any other big furniture, but happy to discuss for anything to be put on the room. Plenty of parking available on-street.
