Chadstone shopping centre is approx 30minutes by bus and Southland is a short drive and or train ride away.

Internet $105 per month split between housemates
Gas Summer time approx $150 every 2 months split between housemates. After Winter gas is approx $300. During winter best to have it on only for 3 hours tops per day to just heat up the house then switch to using electric heating if that makes sense....
SE Water approx $50 each
