🏡 Spacious Room in Brighton East
We’re looking for a new housemate to join our spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet court in Brighton East.
The apartment has a lovely, relaxed feel with large living and dining areas, a generous kitchen and plenty of storage.
We are looking to fill the room between September 1st - 7th and would love to meet you over the next week and show you our home.
🛏️ The Room
The available bedroom is a good-sized medium room with heating/aircon and an external wardrobe located just outside the bedroom.
💰 Rent: $1,040 per month + bills & Wi-Fi
The room can be provided fully furnished or empty, depending on what suits you. The apartment is already fully stocked and furnished, but there is some flexibility to bring additional furniture if needed — just let us know what you have.
There is also a small fridge available for your use, although we would recommend bringing your own if you have one.

📍 The Location – Brighton East
The location is one of the best things about the apartment. You get the quieter, leafy feel of Brighton East while being close to the beach, shops, cafés, parks and public transport.
🚆 Patterson Station – approximately 10 minutes walk
🚆 Moorabbin Station – approximately 15 minutes walk
🚋 Tram & buses: There are also tram and bus options nearby, making it easy to get around Brighton East, Brighton, Bentleigh and the surrounding suburbs without always needing a car.
🌊 The beach: Brighton's beaches and Bayside foreshore are only a short trip away — perfect for a swim, walk, run or sunset.
🌳 Dendy Park: Dendy Park is just around the corner, with extensive parkland, walking paths and sporting facilities. The apartment is also close to Patterson Road shops and local cafés.
☕ Cafés & shops: Patterson Road and the surrounding Brighton East/Bentleigh area have plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarket

I work in the fitness industry and also have a background as a professional performer. I love food, travel, staying active and exploring new places. I’m friendly, social and enjoy having a home that feels relaxed and welcoming.

Sean is a full-time performer who loves reality TV and Sabrina Carpenter! He’s friendly, easy-going and always up for a chat.
We both work from home randomly throughout the week, so we’re ideally looking for someone who has a full-time job or regular work/study commitments outside of the house.
We enjoy having a friendly and social home, but because we both work from home, we're looking for someone who understands that the house is also a working environment during the day.
We keep things pretty simple. Everyone contributes to a basic cleaning roster so that the shared spaces stay clean and everyone does their bit.
We also make an effort to recycle properly, including separating:
