Description of the home

Hello stranger, we have a spacious room available in a great Brunswick home and looking for a chill new housemate. The room is available middle of May 2026.
The house is in a very convenient location with the number 1 & 6 trams just around the corner. Anstey station, Sydney rd and Lygon st nearby.

There is a nice front and back yard. Although the house has seen a few years, it has a cosy vibe, but any extra decor, plants etc welcome😊 We value “soft hippy” vibes- someone who lives/thinks creatively and with an open mind, but also able to keep a clean home, live independently and pay bills/rent on time. We are an introverted household, so if you love meeting new people, hanging out with your housemates or hosting gatherings a lot- please don't apply! We are not your people. This isn't a party house, and we value calm, quiet and gentle folk who have their own things going on and have share-house experience. Must be working full or part-time (preferably onsite/in-office) and able to provide references if requested as will be required to go on the lease.
No pets. No couples. No sublets. Please don't apply if you're only in Melbourne for a short time (less than a year)
