The house is a spacious three-bedroom Brunswick home. Perfectly located just off Albion St; walking distance to Anstey Station, Sydney Road, plenty of bus and tram stops and the Citylink ramp.
Great outdoors area complete with fire pit for the Melbourne winter, veggie patch for the green thumbs, large open plan kitchen with new stove and stove top for dinner parties, hardwood floors in communal areas for a boogie and lots of room for activities. Heaps of natural light from the big floor to ceiling windows and gas heating in the living space to keep you toasty warm in winter. Free on-street parking available. The departing housemate is taking some of the furniture so there’s room if you have some items to add to the house!

You’ll also be living with Aiyana, she/her - 26, she has a creative background in Industrial design/arts and currently works at a bouldering gym. She enjoys exploring out regional, doing stick and pokes on friends, rollerskating, mezcal sours and live music. Aiyana works part-time but has irregular hours so she’s out and about at all hours of the day. When she is home, she likes tending to the garden, baking or watching docos with a cup of tea in the lounge on quieter days.
