The Place
It's a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment in Brunswick with wooden floorboards, 1.5 bathrooms (yes the toilet is separate!) and big open plan kitchen living room area with large windows leading to a large balcony. There's a split heating cooling AC in the living area. The living room is furnished but let me know if you have things to bring as there's plenty of space, things I'm happy to swap and I'd love to create a home for the both of us! I moved in a few weeks ago so still setting things up :)

The Location
The apartment is situated in an apartment complex next door to the #1 and #6 tram and IGA Local grocer next door on Lygon st, only 10 mins walk from Barkly Square shopping centre and 12 mins walk to Jewel Train station with #19 tram on Sydney road, or the #96 in the other direction 12 mins walk away on Nicholson St. Unfortunately, NO PARKING is available with the apartment but there might be streets in the area nearby that have parking.
