Fully furnished master bedroom with your own bathroom in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft apartment on Sydney Road, Brunswick.
Available for a short-term stay from 22 October 2026 to 30 January 2027. Rent is $330 per week, including internet. Water and electricity are extra. Happy to discuss the price if you can stay for the full period!
The room includes a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, a desk and chair, and a small bookshelf. Furniture was purchased in February this year.
The apartment has a furnished living area and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, crockery and plenty of Chinese spices available to use. Appliances include a washing machine, dryer, fridge, vacuum cleaner, microwave, oven and gas cooktop.
