Hi! I’ve got a spare room to rent out for 4-12 Months. It’s a recently renovated Victorian Terrace with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. My friend Sarah is leaving to Mt Hotham over the winter so her room is available. She will be away until at least Nov so there is potential for the room to be permanent.
The house is relaxed and clean. The room is furnished with a Queen Bed (See photo).
There is currently an occupant in the other room, his name is Gabe. Gabe is 29, a quiet guy loves history and a good book.
About, I'm a creative director who works in Fitzroy, Gabe manages a Restaurant in the City and works during the evenings/nights 5 nights a week. I love spending time at local cafes, reading the newspapers, and sometimes getting away for weekends out in the country at my family's Home.
