Home Description

Description of the home

I'm Aaron, I recently bought my own place and looking for someone new to rent the unfurnished master bedroom (En suite). Sadly my old housemate/good friend is leaving to go back to her home country.

The en suite master bedroom is spacious and has ample storage space, with a separate exit to the porch.

Great location in the heart of Brunswick East, close enough to the two main streets (Lygon and Nicholson), but far enough that its a pretty quiet building. 6 min walk to tram stops and to the shops (cafes and supermarket).

Street has no parking restrictions so if you have a car that won’t be a problem, and there's always a spot!

The rent is $350 per week (split bills not included). Ideally long term but open to short term arrangements.

Available from the 16th March

Looking for someone who’s looking for a home not a sharehouse.

I have an 8 year old dog (Teddy the Cavoodle), so dog lovers are welcomed!

Let me know if you're interested with some info about yourself and can arrange an in person tour 🙂

About the occupants
About me:
I've recently turned 30, working full time as an economist (WFH about twice a week), pretty chill. Grew up in Singapore but have been in Melbourne for several years now.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking/baking, reading (if i have the time), chilling watching movies/tv, exploring Melbourne in general and going to craft markets. Always open for a chat and a cuppa/cheeky bevy. I’d love to find someone who is down to hang out and some good couch time, but also respect each other’s down time.

Compatible people
About you:
Students/young professionals who are clean in their 20s and 30s. Open to any gender. I really just love to keep the space clean and respectful. Ideally, you’d be on a similar schedule (i.e working during the week), and generally prefer keeping things quiet on weeknights

No couples sorry!
Unfortunately Teddy likes being an only child so no other dogs/cats, unless they miraculously get along with Teddy.
