I have one bedroom available in a fully furnished cosy 2-bedroom (1 bathroom) apartment in Brunswick East. Its in a small warehouse conversion (only 3 apartments in the building). There are two rooms and I don’t mind which one is taken. The big room is medium sized with a big window and can come be furnished. The other option is the smaller room for cheaper rent.
Perks include a spacious kitchen, high ceilings a rainfall shower, a huge terrace/balcony, and lots of storage space.
It’s literally 1 min walk from the 1/6 tram stop and 10 mins to the 96.
