A large furnished room is available in a modern, clean double-storey home in a quiet neighbourhood.
The home is shared with a friendly female owner in her 70s and would suit a respectful female student or professional looking for a safe, peaceful place to live. Serious students and overseas students are very welcome. This is not a party home.
The house has lots of natural light and a beautiful green backyard.
It is in a convenient location, only a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and local shops, and a 15-minute walk to the local shopping plaza.
Note: This is a vegetarian home, and meat is not permitted anywhere on the premises. If you'd like vegetarian b'fast and dinner included, that can also be accommodated and discussed.
