I'm hoping to create a home that feels welcoming, relaxed, and study/work friendly. The home is fully furnished and has everything you need.

The house is located in Bulleen, which I absolutely love because it's such a quiet, peaceful area while still being close to everything. It's approximately a 26-minute drive to Melbourne's CBD or around 40–50 minutes by public transport. There are plenty of nearby amenities, including Bulleen Plaza, Macedon Plaza, supermarkets, cafés, parks, and walking trails. If you're into thrifting, Preston Savers is also only a short drive away!

The home features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, laundry facilities, reliable Wi-Fi, split-system heating and cooling in the main living area, and central gas heating throughout. There's also a second, smaller lounge that I'm currently turning into a dedicated study/work space, perfect for working from home or university study.

Outside, there's a lovely private courtyard that I'm planning to transform with some gardening and comfortable outdoor furniture, so it'll be a nice place to relax.
Off-street parking is available, and public transport is conveniently located just a 4- or 15-minute walk away, depending on which bus stop you use.

At the moment, you'll have the main bathroom entirely to yourself. Once we've both settled in, we can discuss whether we'd like to find another housemate, depending on what you're comfortable with and the rent arrangement.

Overall, I'm looking for someone who is responsible, clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. More than anything, I'd love to create a place that genuinely feels like home—somewhere that's comfortable, peaceful, and easy to unwind in after work or study.
