Hi, I'm Kev. 52, works full time for a specialised veterinary supply company in Braeside. Then afterwork I work for myself running my online business. It's not all night every night, but generally I'm packing orders to post the next day. It can at times consume some of my weekends also. So yeh, fair to say that I'm fairly busy.
I'm clean & tidy & prefer to cook my own meals as I eat at irregular times of the evenings. I'd also prefer the same from a flat mate. I'm easy going & there isn't much that gets me uptight. Common courtesy, personal space & boundaries to be respected are paramount for a share house to work. We all have off days & not everyone wants to be chatty at the time. I get it.
If T.V is your thing to relax at the end of the day, Netflix, Stan, Disney, Paramount, Binge, Tubi, Plex & Coma are available. I don't watch much myself, but it is nice to have it there. Also, if comes down to needing a bed I'm pretty sure I can arrange one.
