Room

Hi!

We have a room up for grabs in beachside Chelsea, available from 16th April (can be flexible).

The rent is $882.50 a month plus bills. We also have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight for the communal areas, she is $30 each.

You’d be living with myself, my two doggos - Don and Theo (pictured) and my awesome housemate Andy.

It's a super chill household. While we get along well and are always up for a chat and/or a drink. Andy and I respect each others privacy and space. We have a good balance between being able to enjoy each others company and also enjoying some much need downtime alone.

Andy is an undertaker who loves to laugh and enjoy life! She is a fan of nature and being outdoors as well as chilling inside reading a book or eating some yummy food.

I’m (Ash) a nurse and also studying at uni (further nursing), I am usually hanging out with my pups, out and about with friends/family or pottering around the house.

We’re both friendly, creative types who are open minded and welcoming.

The house has everything that you could ask for and is really big and spacious. It has two big living spaces, a large open plan kitchen and dining room with a seperate toilet downstairs, separate laundry, a large garage, plenty of room in the front and back yards, ducted heating and cooling in every room. Upstairs has the 3 bedrooms (1 of them would be yours), a bathroom that is shared between two of the rooms and a huge landing with a small couch etc. in it. The house is full of plants and has a calm vibe to it.

The room is plenty big for a queen bed and has a built in wardrobe. It's a shared bathroom with one other person.

It's a 30 second walk to Chelsea beach which is super nice and has some incredible sunsets.

It's a 500m walk to Chelsea train station supermarket etc.

Shoot me a message if you have any questions or want to come check it out.

Thanks!
Ash

About the occupants
Andy is an undertaker who loves to laugh and enjoy life! She is a fan of nature and being outdoors as well as chilling inside reading a book or eating some yummy food.

I’m (Ash) a nurse and also studying at uni (further nursing), I am usually hanging out with my pups, out and about with friends/family or pottering around the house.

Don and Theo are Ash’s two rescue pups who have opposite personalities..
Don is a 9 yo Greyhound (ex racer) who likes things of his terms due to his lack of trust with humans. He loves a pat but can easily become overwhelmed if he doesn’t know you. He is a stubborn old man who just wants to live out the rest of his days relaxing.
Theo is a 5 yo Staghound who is full of life and love. He loves being the centre of attention and although he weighs in at around 40kg he thinks he is a small lapdog pupper. He is very affectionate and has a lot of love to give.

Andy and Ash are both friendly, creative, open minded people who are happy to hang out, have a drink etc. but we also respect each others privacy and need for down time.
Compatible people
Overall, our home is a calm, happy place.
We’d prefer to live with someone who has their head screwed on, is open minded, likes to laugh and enjoy life and who knows how to adult.
