Currently on a 12 month lease until 08/12/25. The transfer fee is $275 including GST which will be split between the incoming tenants and us (the outgoing 2 tenants). You will have to fill out an application form for the real estate agents and owner to approve. The owners of the property apparently live overseas permanently so it is likely that they will want to keep extending the lease by 12 months at a time, although we can't guarantee this.
