Hello!
My current housemate is moving to NSW for job opportunities.

I have a room available in our easy-going Coburg apartment. The house is a two-bedroom, 1 full bathroom with a decent kitchen, and there is ONE room available. The location is great – just a two-minute walk from Coburg station. It’s on a super convenient location, with easy access to supermarkets (less than a 1-minute walk to Woolworths), cafes, restaurants, and bars on Sydney Road. It’s a two-minute walk to tram 19 and a 15-minute walk to tram 6. If you have a bike, the Upfield shared path is super convenient and literally in front of the apartment.

Excluding the room, the house is furnished (with many plants). It has a built-in wardrobe and fits one person very comfortably. The apartment is modern, filled with natural light, and has a split system; however, due to the orientation of the room, it doesn’t get much direct sunlight. There is also a small balcony and a garage carpark space available.

I’m looking for someone long-term, the lease finishes on October 8th this year, but then it goes month to month. I’m looking for someone calm, clean, independent, and who respects other people's space. No pets allowed, no couples sorry, LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful environment.

Bills and expenses

Rent is $1108/month, excluding bills, which are less than $100 a month, and the bond is $1108. There is a $250 lease transfer fee.
