Description of the home

Hi folks,
Sadly our beloved housemate is moving out, so we are looking for a new addition to our leafy home in South-East Coburg.

The property is just off Nicholson street, so we are super close to tram numbers 1 & 6. Upfield line - Moreland is closest train, walk across Moreland Rd for ~20 mins. There is an IGA, cafe, gym, gift shop on the corner at the end of the road. In the other direction is the Merri Creek! Our balcony overlooks it :) Merri Creek trail, parks, dogs and tawny frogmouths...

We are a social household with busy people, so while we certainly do our own thing throughout the day, we also love an evening chat, a shared meal and even some weekend adventures! We are looking for someone to match that sort of a vibe and who will contribute to a lovely shared living experience.

It’s a three level townhouse, so you will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person (toilet on each level) and have plenty of privacy.

We have all the house usuals - ducted heating, aircon etc.
