Rod is 60+, retired and lives on Phillip Island. I stay about once a fortnight to visit grandkids. My partner, 60+ retired and stays about once a week. Current full time housemate is 40+ is a support worker, amateur musician and dynamic homebody. Their teenage kids stay some weekends and for a week during school holidays.
