Are you looking for somewhere to live that looks and feels like home, is clean and tidy ( a little bit creative) chilled out and inclusive…Then please read on.
The Room and Property.
although the room is partially furnished I am very open to someone who has their own furniture.
• A light medium sized room, it has polished floor boards and lead light windows (Partially furnished)
• The house is fully furnished however Im always open to integrate furniture, or anything else that makes you feel at home.
• There is one bathroom with a toilet/shower and another toilet in the laundry
• A Large kitchen/dining L shaped room which has two Fridges and an upright freezer.
• The kitchen is large and functional with a great deal of cupboard space and a pantry.
• Big back and front garden with lots of fruit trees - figs, pomegranates, peaches, lemons pears and more!
• I have landscaped all of the gardens and seasonally grow herbs and veges as well as lots of spring and summer flowers.
• Split system, gas water and stove, dishwasher.
• On a bike/walking track, the house is walking distance to tram/train, Pentridge village( Cinema), Coburg lake and more.

I am an inclusive and aware person who is left leaning and likes to keep informed and up to speed with world wide issues as well as being community minded
My intention is to have a household which is a relaxed and open with a mixture of independence and inclusivity .
A RRR and PBS listener, I generally steer clear of commercial TV and Radio.
Energetic and fitness minded , I train most days( currently on line of course) as well as taking Frank out each day.
I work full time as a chef in a childcare centre and away during the day approx 6
30 - 3 daily.
I'm looking for a mature/communicative person ( any age group),a person who genuinely wants to create a cohesive and friendly home with another person.
I would love someone who truly enjoys being around dogs, as once frank is a dog who likes to be friends with the other person in the house, although he's not really bothersome, but just likes to meet and greet and say hi.
