Description of the home

Luxury home, very peaceful and quiet with loads of space. Hi I’m David and I’m looking for 2 clean people to share my home with. After recently returning from overseas after a year away, I’ve decided that the corporate life is no longer for me. I’m currently pursuing my passion as a solo acoustic performer. I love stimulating conversations, but have enough eq to give people as much space as they need. I don’t party, but that’s not to say I don’t have a good time, but I more-so enjoy the simple pleasures in life. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle and very clean harmonious environment. I eat and cook healthy food.

The home itself has 4 bedrooms and a study. I only intend to rent out 2 of the 4 available bedrooms, as I don’t want too many people. I’d like to find 2 respectful, clean and considerate house mates. I’m always up for a chat, a movie night in, or shared dinner, but I also respect others privacy.

Note: I am only looking for 2 girls, not because I’m a creep, I actually have a girlfriend, I just have had better experiences living with girls, and not always, but mostly they tend to be a bit cleaner.

The pool is always clean and maintained by me, and the house is always spotless. There are too many features to mention here, however, just couple of bonuses include a new 86 inch tv, including Netflix, Stan, binge, and Disney. pool, fireplace and basketball court. I also travel overseas for months at a time, so you will likely have loads of privacy. Once there is a level of trust, I will most likely travel for 6 months at a time.
