It has 3 BR (BIR), 2 bathrooms and you will have your own bedroom and bathroom and a reasonable size backyard. The 3rd BR is my home office. House fully furnished and the available room has a big single size bed and a small lamp table.
The house is situated in a inner quiet street and just minutes walk to main street bus-stop with routes to CBD (it takes 35 to 40mins to city loop (point-to-point) by bus or you can choose to take bus to Blackburn station to Box Hill. If you choose to walk to the nearest shopping centre, just 10 mins to Tunstall SC and the nearest Asian groceries store, supermarket and MacDonald.
