Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a female housemate to share my lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Elsternwick.

You’ll be taking the master bedroom, which is spacious, filled with natural light and features a large built-in wardrobe. There’s also additional hallway storage available. The bedroom is unfurnished, giving you the flexibility to make the space your own. The bathroom is shared and includes a bathtub.

As a bonus, the apartment comes with an off-street car space, which I don’t use, so you’re welcome to have it.

You’ll be added to the lease and will need to complete the standard application process with the real estate agent. There is usually a lease transfer/administration fee involved as part of this process, but I’m happy to split the cost with you.

About me

I’m Nehal, 26, and I’ve lived in the apartment for several years.

I work full-time as an accountant and split my time between the office and working from home. I’m fairly easy-going, tidy and respectful of personal space.

I enjoy a quiet home environment and am definitely more of a homebody than a party person. This is not a party house, and I’m looking for someone who appreciates a calm and respectful living environment.
